Finite Element Modeling for Structural Analysis
As part of Dr. Siradech Surit’s research on structural optimization, various analyses are being conducted to support this overall study on structures. This includes creating numerical methods using Finite Element Modeling (FEM) as well as Meshing, Computational Geometry and Algorithm research, such as Polygon packing and Auto-meshing algorithms. In addition, physical modeling of structures provide a means of structural modeling to verify the results of computation from Finite Element Modeling.
